New book - Gun Laws of Montana
Outstanding new book about Montana gun laws
There's something magic about Montana. In Montana, freedom still lives, breathes, and sometimes gets up and does Snoopy's spring dance.
The about-to-be-released book, Gun Laws of Montana, is a breath of fresh air for everyone who dreams about Montana, hopes to visit some day, or even
better yet, lives there now.
This book is written by Gary Marbut, longtime president of the Montana Shooting Sports Association, the primary and assertive political action
organization for gun owners and hunters in Montana. Over the past 15 years, MSSA has gotten about 40 pro-gun and pro-hunting laws enacted in Montana.
The book's Foreword is written by legal scholar David B. Kopel, who says, "The significance of Montana's gun laws extends far beyond the borders
of
Montana. On the whole, Montana's gun laws are the freest in the United States, and they thus set an example for freedom-loving people everywhere in the
world."
Gun Laws of Montana, due to be released December 22, is unveiled on the website of
Montana Publishing. which also shows the stunning art used for the book's cover.
Readers may order copies in advance of release electronically from the Montana Publishing website, or by using U.S. Mail information on the website.
About the book, Wayne LaPierre says, " a powerful resource", Larry Pratt says, "This book is super",, Neal Knox says, "Anyone who
owns, uses or
carries
a gun in any state needs to know its gun laws", Senator Conrad Burns says, "the first time every conceivable Montana gun law is collected in one
place
for easy and quick reference", Alan Gottlieb says, "This book is a wonderful resource", Secretary of State Bob Brown says, "a gold mine of
information", and Sheriff Jim Dupont says, "This book is a must …information that everyone can use!"
Upon request, individual copies ordered before January 1, 2004, will be autographed by the author.
