MSSA Attorney Referral List

MSSA's criteria for selection of attorneys to appear on this list are these:
  1. The attorney lives and practices in Montana.
  2. The attorney is "gunny" - unquestionably pro-gun, a shooter.
  3. The attorney does defense work as a part of his or her practice.
  4. The attorney has a good working knowledge of Montana firearm laws.

If you need an attorney for specialized work, such as property issues for a shooting range, or organizational issues for a club, send MSSA an email and we may be able to make an additional suggestion.

Other attorneys will be added to this list as MSSA learns of them and their abilities.
