Dear MSSA Friends,
MSSA’s bill to prevent local enforcement of any new federal firearms or magazine bans or restrictions, HB 203, passed the House on Third Reading today with a vote of 58-42. It will now go to the Senate for further consideration.
All Democrats voted against HB 203, as did Republican Frank Garner
